Border Patrol agents apprehended nearly two million migrants who
illegally crossed the southwest border between ports of entry so far
this fiscal year. One month remains in the already record-setting
year. August is the fifth straight month where apprehensions exceeded
180,000 migrants.

Mexican border, one Arizona town in particular is feeling the heat
with a ghastly 2,404.9% increase in migrants during the first two
months of fiscal year 2022. In 2021 eight of the nine crossing
stations along the southern border saw triple-digit percentage
increases in illegal immigrants over the previous year.
