Let me explain why this deadline is so important: every quarter, campaigns like ours are required to submit a fundraising report to the Federal Election Commission, which is then made public so everyone can see where our campaign stands. The only difference is that this time, we’re coming up on an election and time is almost up.
After this deadline, Kevin McCarthy and his big GOP Super PACs are going to pour over our fundraising numbers to see how much they want to spend against us… and this is one of our last opportunities to scare them off with a strong fundraising report!
