Today — National Voter Registration Day — marks an annual celebration of a key component of our democracy: people making their voices heard at the ballot box and determining the course of the country, from the federal to local levels.

Getting folks registered to vote is vital to ensuring our victory this November. But, according to 2020 census data, as many as 1 in 4 eligible Americans are not registered to vote.

In the midst of rising threats to our democracy and the rights we hold dear, it has never been more important to register to vote. If we want to continue the progress we have made this past term, we must do everything we can to maintain our House majority and prevent Kevin McCarthy from becoming Majority Leader once again.
