Earlier today, we took a look at our books and found that we’re only projecting to raise 75% of what we need to raise this month.
We know we set ambitious goals on this campaign. But the reality is that we need to raise MORE in September than any month before — because Election Day is now just 7 weeks away, and Beto needs our support.
Defeating Greg Abbott and winning in a state as big as Texas on people power alone is an enormous task. But it’s one we’re capable of if we work together.
The bottom line is that we can't let grassroots fundraising slow down and prevent us from having the campaign infrastructure we need to defeat Greg Abbott.
Our organizers and volunteers are hard at work to reach 5 million voters before polls close on Election Day. Now, we need our incredible grassroots donors to match their efforts and ensure we don’t fall further behind.
