Today is National Voter Registration Day! As the Voter Protection Director for the Maine Democratic Party, I’m always looking for a chance to celebrate voting–and there’s no better day than today.

We’re officially 7 weeks out from Election Day and the clock is really ticking. Maine Dems are organizing across the state, talking to voters about all the progress Democrats have made rebuilding our state economy, protecting our natural resources, expanding health care access, and more. But we also want to make sure each eligible voter can cast a ballot safely and securely this November.
