John,
I wanted to personally reach out to share that today is National Voter Registration Day — and also marks exactly seven weeks until Election Day. Our campaign team wants to ensure your voice is heard. Will you check your voter registration and make any necessary updates today?
Across the country, Republicans are attacking our right to vote, from purging voter rolls to dismissing initiatives like universal voter registration or vote by mail.
Knowing how to register to vote and how to check, change, or update your registration status is so important, especially when we consider how often voting laws can change, especially after the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Frankly, getting to the ballot box and casting your vote is harder than it should be. Thanks to the National Voter Registration Day efforts, nearly 4.7 million voters nationwide have registered to vote on National Voter Registration Day, including 1.5 million just in 2020.
Now, Team Cori is working to secure the right to vote and pushing just as hard for a record turnout of new voters in St. Louis. Will you contribute $5 and help us ensure we have the resources we need to get out the vote?
Voting is OUR right to bring our country closer to the ideals of justice and democracy. And while Cori works in Congress to ensure this right is secured for all people of this country, it's up to us to ensure we use our vote to advance our movement.
With just seven weeks left, and only days before our final FEC end-of-quarter fundraising deadline, we’re working hard to accelerate our get-out-the-vote efforts. We need to make sure we mobilize as many voters as possible — and only have a few short weeks left to do it. Will you make a contribution of $5 and help Team Cori get out the vote?
Let’s do this,
Adrastos Da Silva
