Hey John, it's Josh Shapiro — the Democratic nominee for
Governor of Pennsylvania.

Donald Trump was just here in Pennsylvania campaigning for my dangerous
and extreme opponent, Doug Mastriano.

Pennsylvania is no stranger to these two — in 2020 they worked together to
try to overturn the results of a free and fair election. When that failed,
Doug Mastriano took matters into his own hands and bused people to the
Capitol on January 6th. When the police told rioters to stand down,
Mastriano crossed their barricades — defying the orders of law
enforcement.

the game if we are going to defeat Doug Mastriano on Election Day. Will
you chip in today to my campaign and Adam Schiff’s to combat the surge
that Mastriano is getting from Donald Trump and defend our Democratic
majorities in Washington?

The reality is that Donald Trump is gunning for Doug Mastriano to be
Pennsylvania’s next Governor for one reason: Mastriano will do anything to
make sure that Trump wins in 2024.

And Mastriano — if he wins — would be in charge of selecting who would be
Secretary of State and in charge of elections.

Whether that means decertifying the results, de-registering all 9 million
Pennsylvanians currently on the voter rolls, or banning vote-by-mail —
Mastriano and Trump are in lockstep about dismantling our very democracy.
