“As the United States nears its 250th birthday, whether we can achieve the founding aspiration of political equality is an open question.”

Two founders of FairVote, our CEO Rob Richie and RepresentWomen CEO Cynthia Richie Terrell, are among headliners at an upcoming event on election reform at Haverford College on October 4th. They’ll be sharing the latest news about ranked choice voting, the Fair Representation Act, and election reform around the United States.

Richie (Haverford class of ‘86) and Terrell will join state representative Malcolm Kenyatta (District 181), and Armin Samii (March on Harrisburg) for this timely discussion on Tuesday, October 4, from 4:15-5:45 p.m. at Haverford College, followed by a reception. Reserve your free tickets here.

This discussion will focus on the “practical politics of advancing meaningful change” and will address specific topics like ranked choice voting, Electoral College reform, gerrymandering, and structural reform ideas that can speak to these polarized times.

Please join us in this conversation as we seek to advance reform nationally and in Pennsylvania and ensure a more perfect union for all Americans. If you can’t make it but would like to talk with a FairVote staffer, please let us know – and if you’re planning to attend, don’t forget to reserve your seat!
