About the job

We are seeking a *Construction Project Coordinator 3 *(CPC3) to support the mission of Real Estate Services by providing safe and secure leased facilities for our client agencies through effective design and project management. The position coordinates with managers and staff from state agencies, boards and commissions, code officials, and property owners or their agents, to ensure the facilities leased for use by the state meet program needs and use public resources effectively and efficiently.
 
The ideal candidate will be experienced in the design and planning of office space for large organizations, and knowledgeable in the theory and principles of architectural design and commercial building construction administration. Proficiency in design and drafting using Computer Aided Design software such as AutoCAD or REVIT is required. Creative and innovative thinking will be key in seeking opportunities for creative problem solving.  Clear and effective communication skills are required as this role communicates regularly with management, administrative and contracts specialists, leasing agents, client agencies, lessors, and contractors to effectively perform their duties.
