Team,

There is no denying that our women's soccer team is the best in the world. And even though they just won their fourth World Cup and bring in more revenue for U.S. Soccer, they still get paid less than the men's team.

I am proud to stand with the U.S. Women's National Team in their fight for equal pay because no woman, no matter what she does, where she works, or the color of her skin, should be paid less than her male colleagues for the same job. I helped introduce a bill in the Senate that would guarantee that female athletes on all of our national teams are paid fairly for their more than equal work.

It's time to end the pay disparity in sports--and everywhere--once and for all. Add your name to support our efforts to close the pay gap and ensure equal pay for equal work.

I have been fighting for years to ensure equal pay--in sports, in the office, and in every workplace across America. Women have been paid less for doing the same work for far too long and it's up to Congress to take action to close the gender wage gap and right this wrong.

It's just common sense, team. Every worker in America--regardless of their gender or profession--should be paid fairly and equally for doing the exact same job.

We have the power to end this injustice and ensure equal pay. Sign on to join the fight.
