2021 HOME Consortium Annual Report

Skagit County, as Lead Agency for the Skagit County HOME Consortium, is undertaking a review process prior to submission of a Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The 2021 CAPER is an annual assessment of the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) program and describes the Consortium?s assessment of its annual performance in meeting its Consolidated Plan priorities and objectives.?

The Skagit County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 26, 2022, at 10:30 am to review the 2021 CAPER and receive public comment. Written comments may also submitted to Madeleine Anthony, Skagit County Public Health, 700 S Second Street Room 301, Mount Vernon, WA 98273 or?[email protected]. The public comment period for the 2021 CAPER closes at 4:30 p.m. on September 27, 2022.
