We have seven weeks until Election Day, and with the campaign in the final stretch, we’ve launched our first TV ad! 

Our opponent has been attacking Darrin in the mail and online with ads that lie about his record. Like in past elections, the Republican Party will stop at nothing and spend millions to try and defeat Darrin and our campaign. We’ve just heard that they’re going to start TV for our opponent, too — so this has now become one of the most important and expensive campaigns for the State Senate in Michigan this year.

Broadcast ads are incredibly expensive, and our biggest hurdle over the coming weeks is raising the money we need to continue spreading our message to voters. You know the stakes -- this election will decide the future of Downriver, Western Wayne, and Michigan. And this election will have far reaching implications for women, for our children, for workers and for the future of Democracy itself.
