A Manifesto for 2.8 Million Minds: art, young people and mental health (From Association for Art History), Thursday 22 September, 3.00 - 4.00pmDeveloped over six months, 2.8 Million Minds is a youth-led and artist-centred manifesto that outlines an original set of ideas about how art spaces can support and empower young Londoners struggling with their mental health. For this event, artists Becky Warnock and Tyreis Holder will discuss their contributions to the

Open Minds Exhibition and Performance (From BEH NHS Trust), Opens Friday 23 September, 6.00 - 10.00pm, Outsider Gallery, Clarendon Recovery College, Clarendon Road, London N8 0DJBarnet, Enfield and Haringey NHS Trust proudly present a creative arts exhibition that has been created by participants engaging in music therapy, expressive art and drama therapy programmes, in response to the pressures of Covid, isolation and the impact of complex mental health. Addictive Eaters Anonymous online meetings, Thursdays 6.30 - 7.30am and Fridays 7.00 - 8.00pmAddictive Eaters Anonymous (AEA) is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from addictive eating. AEA has members who have suffered from anorexia, bulimia and binge eating. Many have been underweight, overweight or obese; others were people of average
weight yet suffered with an obsession with food. Members may have used exercise and other substances to try and control their weight. Before coming to AEA, members found that they were powerless over food, and unable to stop the food obsession. More information about Addictive Eaters Anonymous meetings

volunteers and the people who use our services to design and deliver higher quality, more person-centred services. Touchpoint (supports people experiencing any form of disability in Barnet to access the services and resources they need).
