I’m nervous, John. It’s my job to ensure each of our teams has the resources necessary to do their democracy-saving work. But we’re just 50 days out from Election Day and I’m not sure we’re going to hit our goal.
If we fall short, I may not be able to fund our projects at the level staff requested – and that’s not a good feeling 😧
Because what am I supposed to cut? Our efforts to elect pro-democracy candidates? Our work to protect voting rights? Our project to stop GOP activists from corrupting election administration and infrastructure? It's all so important!
