** Tomorrow is National Voter Registration Day!
------------------------------------------------------------
Tomorrow is National Voter Registration Day, so we thought we’d send out a little reminder to make sure that you are registered!
At Spread The Vote + Project ID, we get why this midterm election is so important so we are doing whatever we can to make sure that every eligible voter can make it to the polls. Seventy-seven percent of the people that we work with have never voted before and 100% of them could not vote without us. We’re not only helping people to get the IDs that they need to vote in voter-ID states, but we’re also providing the real-world education that will help them to make a voting plan.
In 2018, about half of eligible voters did not make it to the polls. We know that as a supporter, you are wondering what you can do to help as many people as possible to exercise their right to vote.
Here’s what you can do to help:
* Consider sponsoring ([link removed]) our non-partisan election guides.
* Learn more about our Vote by Mail in Jail ([link removed]) program and attend an info-session.
* Help us ([link removed]) get an ID (the average cost is around $40) for someone in need.
* Encourage another organization that you love to become a community partner ([link removed]) so that we can get as many IDs as possible into the hands that need them.
* Remind your friends and family that the midterms are almost here and spread the word about our work.
Show Your Support ([link removed])
Let’s do this. We CAN make a difference, during the midterms and beyond!
