Here’s the deal, the 5th Circuit Court - a federal court who has the next say on DACA - has 3 republican appointed judges who’ve already made many harmful rulings that impact our communities. Their ruling on the future of DACA could come any day now.

It’s very possible that DACA might not make it till the end of the year, and we know this is really hard news to sit with. But it's important to remember, immigrant youth organizing won DACA 10 years ago. DACA is proof that when we organize, we can win big, that's why we're keeping up the pressure - add your name here.

No matter what the 5th Circuit Court decides, DACA will then head back to the Supreme Court. While DACA has never been enough for our immigrant communities, it has also offered protection from deportation for the past decade to over 800,000 people.

Republicans have been obsessed with ending DACA and deporting our communities - we can’t let them win. We are better when we come together and allow everyone an opportunity to thrive.
