THEN: Recent polling showed Beto gaining on Abbott, and Abbott’s approval reached new lows after his extreme abortion ban became law with no exceptions for rape or incest.
NOW: We need to focus on countering Abbott’s biggest advantage, which is his ability to outspend us by millions of dollars on TV ads.
