Saffron Spice at 93 Pike St, Seattle 98101 was closed by a Public Health food inspector on September 14, 2022 at 3:30 pm due to failure to comply with outstanding violations including:

* No hot water available
* Improper food cooling procedures
* No evidence of food worker cards for all staff
* Foods found at unsafe temperatures during holding and reheating

The establishment will be reopened once the inspector confirms that these reasons for closure have been resolved.
