Edwards is dangerous for WNC. Just like Cawthorn, who voted against codifying marriage equality into federal law, Edwards has supported "Don’t Say Gay" legislation in North Carolina’s state legislature and would join his Republican colleagues in voting for federal anti-LGBTQ legislation.

Whether it is making your own health care decisions or marrying the person you love, Edwards is working to strip away our fundamental freedoms – and we can’t let that happen.
