In Puerto Rico,
Taller Salud works to advance women’s health and prevent gender-based violence. Taller Salud provides support and healing for survivors of gender-based violence and is training a new generation of leaders to promote sexual and reproductive health. Given Puerto Rico’s geographical location and climate change, Taller Salud has been working on response, recovery, and reconstruction efforts after hurricanes Irma and Maria to ensure collective survival in areas of nourishment, water, housing, and health. Once again, Taller Salud finds itself shifting its work to provide hurricane relief.
And all across the country, the
National Latina Institute for Reproductive Justice (Latina Institute) builds Latina/x power to fight for the fundamental human right to reproductive health, dignity, and justice. They center Latina/x voices, mobilize their communities, transform the cultural narrative, and drive policy change. They amplify the grassroots power and thought leadership of Latinas/xs across the country regardless of language, immigration status, or ability to vote to fuel a larger reproductive justice movement.
Planned Parenthood is proud to stand with these organizations, and with Latino communities nationwide. In celebration of Latinx Heritage Month, we’re asking supporters like you to
make a special gift to support these partners.

Our health care system has failed to provide equal access to quality health care for generations. The only way we can dismantle those barriers and advance equity in our health care system is to support the voices and leadership of Latino people.
Your gift right now will help fuel that change, and strengthen the Latino-led organizations that are at the forefront of this movement.
Thank you for your ongoing support for Planned Parenthood and our partners.
