You’ve probably heard a lot of rumors recently about our odds of defending the Senate -- that Democrats are surging and Republicans are falling behind. But here’s the inside scoop: We’re EXTREMELY vulnerable right now, and we could lose our majority if grassroots Democrats don't join together and act.

- First, Republicans have a HUGE cash advantage when it comes to outside spending. Recent news reports conveniently left out the over $100 MILLION that a GOP’s super PAC has in the bank. And they’re going to use every last dollar to attack Democrats in our most critical battleground states.

I don’t mean to sound alarmist, but this could be the perfect storm for Republicans: They’ve got money, Democrats’ grassroots numbers are down, and many of the most important races are TIED. We could be looking at a HUGE defeat -- unless folks like you act IMMEDIATELY.
