defending the Senate -- that Democrats are surging and Republicans are
falling behind. But here’s the inside scoop: We’re EXTREMELY vulnerable
right now, and we could lose our majority if grassroots Democrats don't
join together and act.

* First, Republicans have a HUGE cash advantage when it comes to

* Second, our grassroots fundraising numbers have PLUMMETED.
