I have something to share with you all and I hope to have your support still after I tell you this – but yes the rumors are true, I'm a die-hard Chicago Bears fan.
I know, I know. You're probably thinking "WHAT?!" "The Bears suck!" "They'll never win another Super Bowl." I've heard it all before, but that won't stop my love for the Bears. I’ll stand by them, hoping that one day we will win it all again!
Sadly, yesterday was not the day and the Packers beat us 27 - 10. They played a good game and it was a reminder of why I love the sport so much.
I grew up watching Bears' games with my dad. Football Sundays were very special to me (and not just because of the snacks). The bonding we shared from watching these games together is unmatched, and I am glad I could continue this tradition with my husband, kids, and Max – and now, with you all.
Sports have a way of bringing all of us together. They're a reminder of what we are fighting for this November – our communities, and families. We need to continue to support each other.
