Governor Gordon Orders Flags be Returned to Full Staff at Sunset
CHEYENNE, Wyo. - In accordance with a Presidential directive, Governor Mark Gordon has ordered both the United States and Wyoming flags to be returned to full staff at sunset on Monday, September 19 following the interment of Queen Elizabeth II.
