Taqueria Centenario (mobile food unit) found operating at 1119 E Main St Auburn, WA 98002 was closed by a Public Health food inspector on Friday, Sept. 16, 2022 at 4:00 pm for operating without a valid food business permit. 

The establishment will be allowed to reopen once the inspector confirms that the food operator completes the application requirements to secure a mobile food service permit per the instructions at www.kingcounty.gov/foodsafety/mobile [ [link removed] ]
