We are finally going to put a stop to the robocall madness.

Yesterday, the Senate passed my bill -- the TRACED Act. It's aimed at ending spam robocalls once and for all.

Now it's headed to President Trump's desk, and we need to make sure he signs it quickly. Will you help me get this bill across the finish line?

The TRACED Act cracks down on scammers that now account for nearly half of all robocalls made in the United States.

As of November, there had been 580 million robocalls within Massachusetts alone -- that's an average of 71 calls per person.

There are a few simple things we need to solve this massive issue: call authentication, blocking, and enforcement. This bill achieves all three.

It's a clear fact that robocalls have gotten out of control. My bill will bring immense relief to Americans -- including by imposing fines of up to $10,000 per call on the spammers and scammers.

It passed the House and Senate with extremely large margins of bipartisan support. Now it's on to the president's desk, where we need to call on him to sign it quickly:
