John,
I am writing today to humbly ask if you can split a $25 contribution between my campaign and CommonGood to help flip Wisconsin's Senate seat and expand the Democratic majority. [[link removed]]
Let me be clear:
Flipping Wisconsin's Senate seat this November is not a given. It's going to take an incredible amount of work to make it possible.
You can count on me to work as hard as possible to defeat Ron Johnson. But I cannot win this race alone.
I need you. A Marquette poll that came out yesterday shows me trailing by 1 point. Without you, we could lose.
So far more than 200,000 people have donated to this campaign. It means the world to me. But right now, I need you. And it’s not just me who needs you. All the people who have already donated, they need you, too. Because the only way we'll win is if we're in this together.
I am humbly asking if you can add your $25 contribution, split with CommonGood, before our mid-month fundraising drive ends at midnight tonight. I'm counting on people like you to help flip Wisconsin's Senate seat and expand the Democratic majority. [[link removed]]

Thank you in advance for chipping in. Running for office, and especially a Senate seat against a Republican incumbent isn’t easy. But the stakes make the challenge well worth it, especially when we’re in it together.
