Tony is right that if we don’t elect environmental champions this year we will all regret it. He’s also right that key races could be won by 100 votes or fewer.

That is why I’m asking you to become a member today so that WCV has the resources we need to put environmental champions over the top.

I am proud of the work we have done this year to put environmental champions into position to win and educate voters about what is on their ballots. But our work isn’t over.

The clock is ticking and we need to finish strong before the Election and with your support we can.

Every single one of us knows what it feels like to have a politician elected to represent us but who doesn’t share our values.

But it especially stings when in Washington, we elect a candidate who is backed by fossil fuel money or who denies election results. Those aren’t the things Washingtonians stand for.

This year I’m asking you, can you stretch further to make sure that we elect candidates who represent our values to the State House and Senate?
