My Plan to Tackle Inflation
Time and time again, voters tell me that their family has had to pay more for gas, groceries, and utility bills this year just to receive the same goods and services. In fact, the average family in Kansas will pay an additional $8,666 this year because of inflation.
The madness must stop. This week, I introduced my plan to fight the inflation coming from Washington.
My plan is simple: make Congress abide by the same principles that guide the fiscal responsibility of our Kansas families
We need to get our bugdet back to a surplus. This starts by cracking down on wasteful discretionary spending by getting rid of cumbersome regulations and eliminating funding for bad spending measures such as the so-called “Inflation Reduction Act.”
