John, we’ve been telling you for a while that this race will be close. Winning statewide in Pennsylvania is always a challenge — and elections here often come down to just a percentage point.

Long story short: this race is too close for us to ever get complacent. We need to stay active in this fight to defend democracy, the right to choose, and the union way of life.

According to Nate Cohn at The New York Times, we are “outpacing expectations [in the same way that] the polls overestimated Joe Biden in 2020.”

He said this is a “warning sign” for the midterms. So even though polls have been showing us up through the summer, we won’t know the outcome of this election until the results are official on November 8th.
