Today is Constitution Day, a day to remember America’s founding.

In 1787, the Founders established in the U.S. Constitution a government of, by, and for The People in order “to establish a more perfect union.”

Their vision for the New World, as enshrined in the Constitution, has survived the test of time and is the oldest testament of liberty known to the world.

But, today, 235 years later, our Constitution is under attack… from our own government.

Mark Meckler, co-founder and President of COS, puts it simply, “we force federalism on our political opponents; or they force totalitarianism on us.  The situation is dire but the hope is great.”

This Constitution Week, Convention of States stresses the urgency to invoke Article V of the U.S. Constitution, so that we may put an end to the federal government’s abuse of power.

‘We The People’ must demand action from our elected leaders!  They hold the key to saving America with Article V.  COS Action provides the opportunity for 5.3 million supporters and activists (and growing!) to make their voices heard.

We’re the ONLY grassroots movement in America that is organizing citizen activists in every state to rally around this constitutional solution and apply the necessary pressure upon our elected representatives to call America’s first Article V Convention of States.
