With the stroke of a pen, the president is destroying Title IX by redefining ‘sex’ to mean ‘gender’ and ‘gender identity.’

These proposed Title IX rules will open up previously female spaces, including women’s sports, to any male who identifies as a woman; expand the definition of sexual harassment to include ‘offensive’ speech; eliminate due process protections for those accused of sexual harassment; and subvert the rights of parents.

This is wrong, and it isn’t fair.
