The President of the United States has many responsibilities - bribing foreign leaders to interfere in our elections is not one of them. Nobody is above the law. We must hold the president accountable for his actions.

I hope that our elected officials will take the proper action to hold Trump accountable. His job is to serve the American people - not his own personal interests.

Last week, House Democrats officially announced that the House of Representatives will begin drafting impeachment articles and may even vote on impeachment before the end of the year.

This is a monumental step for our nation. It is time we held our elected representatives accountable for their actions. No one is above the law.

For too long Trump and his cronies have been taking advantage of a broken system in order to serve their own ends while doing next to nothing to make life better for ordinary Americans.
