When I ran for Congress, I promised to secure tax relief for hardworking Americans. 

Today, I’m proud to say we fulfilled that promise by advancing a bipartisan measure that would lessen the tax burden created by the state and local tax (SALT) deduction cap.

Thank you so much for standing with me every step of the way. Whether you signed a petition or shared our efforts on social media, it all made a difference.

But truthfully, our fight isn’t over yet. We have a lot more to do. Will you chip in so we can continue building momentum this month?

Now, our bipartisan success in the House needs to make it off of Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s desk and through the Senate.

So today, I’m making another promise.

I promise to keep fighting to ensure this important measure gets put into law so long as I'm in Congress.

But here’s the catch: Washington Republicans are working overtime to defeat me and take the House Majority.
