In their absurd response brief, AG Merrick Garland (yes, that Garland) and the Corrupt ATF argued that not only should a Judge not grant an injunction in this case, but that FPC should not even have standing to sue!
They even went so far as to claim that FPC is not a "bona fide" membership organization, and that our arguments "strain credulity."
