September may seem like a far time away from Election Day, John, but voters are headed to the polls faster than you think.
Right here in Ohio, early voting will start on October 12, meaning we have just under 4 short weeks before voters begin to make their voices heard.
Unfortunately, for our team, that means the time we have to talk with voters and make sure they know what’s at stake in this election is dwindling. So in order to ensure Democrats come out on top, we have to boost our voter outreach efforts.
Early voting is a crucial part of our election process – allowing us to expand access to the ballot box for so many Ohioans. But it also means we must do our due diligence to meet these voters earlier.
It’s crunch time, John, and we need to boost our efforts in these final weeks in order to turn out enough voters to turn Ohio blue.
