There’s no doubt it’s been a chaotic week, but we can't forget the incredible progress that you have helped make possible for the people of California's 49th District. With your continued support over the last year, I have:

- Cosponsored 233 bills, resolutions, and amendments.
- Introduced a total of 32 bills, resolutions, and amendments.
- Introduced 12 bipartisan bills -- of which 9 have passed in the House! 

Here's a quick recap:

✔ Introduced and passed the bipartisan Protect the GI Bill Act to protect veterans from predatory, for-profit colleges. This bill will ensure vets pursuing education are set up for success and can’t be taken advantage of.

✔ Negotiated for $300 million in federal funding to clean up pollution in the Tijuana River Valley. This was a part of the USMCA trade deal, and it's a major win for our coastal economy and our environment.

✔ Introduced the Spent Fuel Prioritization Act to remove spent nuclear fuel from the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station. San Onofre’s spent fuel is a hazard and we need to get it out of our community.

Don't believe the spin coming from Trump and his "do-nothing" friends in the Senate. It's indisputable that we've been productive for this community and the American people.
