I’m Kevin Kinney, Iowa State Senator for rural Johnson, Iowa, and Washington counties. I was born and raised in Oxford and it’s an honor to serve my community in the Legislature. Recently, I hosted some folks at my family’s century farm to talk about the importance of electing Democrats in rural areas.

Democrats need someone there who will stand up for the agriculture community. I know firsthand how important it is to bring good-paying jobs to our rural communities – it has been and will continue to be one of my top priorities in the Iowa Senate.

I have a proven track record of working across the aisle to get things done for my district and folks all across Iowa.
