Team, I wish I wasn’t coming to you with this news.

We had a few very strong days at the beginning of September – it gave me hope that we were picking up steam in a big way. Shortly after, we experienced a plateau followed by a sharp decrease in fundraising. This happens in fundraising but now it’s up to us to correct the course.

We need to raise $7,450 by midnight on Sunday.

I’m asking, will you make a weekly recurring contribution of $10 right now? This will help my campaign reach its mid-month goal and keep the momentum at our backs through Election Day.

We’re officially less than two months away from Election Day.

You’ve heard me say before that our fundraising efforts will have to kick into high gear if we want any shot at avoiding a GOP wipeout here in Nevada. Well, we’ve officially entered that campaign territory and now I’m counting on you to support this team every week from now through Election Day.

Just think about it: My radical opponent, April Becker, is raking in the big bucks from GOP special interests and outside donors.

This race is between our grassroots campaign and April’s dark money war chest. And poll after poll has shown that our battleground race is a dead heat, and every week moving forward will make all the difference in November.

We need to spring into action to reach our mid-month goal and make every week count from here on out.
