John,
We have to do everything in our power to stop those who seek to destroy our democracy, and hold the corporations that are enabling them accountable.
Major corporations -- including AT&T, UPS, Home Depot, and others -- have resumed donations to Republican lawmakers who voted to overturn the results of the 2020 Presidential election. By continuing to fill their campaign coffers, these corporations are encouraging bad actors to continue undermining our democracy and poisoning voters’ minds with outlandish conspiracy theories.
We must not let corporations get away with pledging to help preserve our democracy while privately funding the people working to destroy it.
SIGN THE PETITION: Demand Corporate America stops funding insurrectionists!
Thank you for being in this fight,

John,
Corporate America is aiding and abetting the insurrectionists who are threatening our democracy. After the attack on our Capitol on January 6, 2021, many major corporations pledged to suspend donations to the Sedition Caucus -- the 147 GOP members of Congress who objected to the certification of the 2020 presidential election and helped fuel the Big Lie.
But since then, those same corporations -- including American Express, Toyota, Walgreens, UPS, Lockheed Martin, Home Depot, and AT&T -- have abandoned their pledges and resumed donations to these members of Congress and the committees supporting them. In fact, corporate donors have given more than $16 million to the 147 members of the Sedition Caucus since January 6th.1
These corporations are directly funding lawmakers who incited rioters to lead a deadly attack on our Capitol, and then voted to throw out tens of millions of votes in order to install an authoritarian President. We cannot allow this to continue. Sign the petition to demand Corporate America stop funding insurrectionists now!
The January 6th committee is showing all of America how Trump and MAGA Republicans planned, promoted, and conspired to overturn the 2020 election. These same bad actors haven't slowed down since. They continue to threaten our democracy by supporting racist voter suppression laws and spreading disinformation and outright lies to the American public about our election systems.
They wouldn’t be able to do all of this if Corporate America wasn’t bankrolling them.
We can't let corporations get away with pledging to help preserve our democracy while privately funding the people working to destroy it. They can’t hedge their bets when it comes to defending democracy -- you’re either against the seditionists, or you’re with them. And right now Corporate America is on their side.
Demand these companies stop funding insurrectionists.
Tell Corporate America: Stop funding insurrectionists!
Thank you for all you do,
Chris Tallent
