Friend, I’ve never been more determined to win this race and provide new leadership to Texas – because our lives depend on it.

We just learned that our state government has missed a deadline to publish data on pregnancy-related deaths, meaning we won’t see the full impact of their deadly abortion ban until after the midterm elections.

Let that sink in.

Republicans know their policies are not only dangerous but unpopular. They’re hiding the facts from us as long as they can.

I won’t let them get away with this. The latest polling has me just three points behind my opponent, Ken Paxton. And Larry Sabato’s Crystal Ball & UVA just upgraded our race rating to one of the most competitive AG races in the country.

I know with a wave of grassroots support – $10,000 in the next 24 hours – we can overcome the odds and DEFEAT Ken Paxton once and for all. Only then can we begin to reverse the damage of the GOP’s stronghold on our state for the past three decades.
