I wanted to make sure you saw this.

Last month we declared a major victory on behalf of Shawn McBreairty – and Fox & Friends covered it this week.

Shawn was absolutely right.

Parents weren’t crusading to ban books from their children’s schools.

All they wanted was transparency, age-appropriate material, and most importantly, the final say in what their children are exposed to.

To put it simply, they wanted their parental rights respected.

And thanks to fighters like you and your continued generosity, we won his federal case.

But the state lawsuit against him is still ongoing, and I hope Shawn can still count on you.

In his appearance, Shawn thanks the Center for American Liberty for our support – and make no mistake: he wasn’t just thanking me. He was thanking YOU because YOU made this victory possible.

And I want to thank you for all that you do…

…and I want to thank Shawn too.

Because without brave Americans like him taking a stand, risking everything and putting their lives on hold for lengthy legal battles, we’d have no one to fight for.
