John,

This is pure evil. There is no other way to put it.

A governor is poised to sign a sadistic bill at any moment now that could legalize infanticide up to 28 days AFTER a helpless baby is born.

We've long said that the abortion industry worships at the altar of abortion, but we've NEVER seen anything like this.

By intentionally using the word "perinatal," which has a vastly different medical meaning than prenatal (before birth), the bill would prevent even an investigation where a living child was allowed to die up to four weeks after birth. That's infanticide.

We've already seen New York enact its live-birth abortion law and the former governor of Virginia discuss how in a late-term abortion the "infant would be kept comfortable" on a table while a decision is made whether the child lives or dies.

Right now, we’re directly engaging in 8 different state Supreme Court cases to defend life and defeat Planned Parenthood – with numerous looming deadlines in the days ahead. We JUST delivered a legal letter to Governor Newsom against this infanticide bill. He could sign this bill at any moment. Take urgent action with us.
