Yesterday, Susan Collins officially launched her reelection campaign. Here's what CNN has to say about her chances:

Remember, Susan Collins is running in a very different environment today than she was six years ago. Maine went Blue in the last election -- and since then, Collins approval rating has only gone down because of her vote to confirm Brett Kavanaugh.
