Folks --
Yesterday, I was appalled to see a federal appeals court strike down critical parts of the Affordable Care Act as part of the Republicans’ continued attempts to dismantle Obamacare.
This lawsuit was supported by the Washington Republican establishment, including by President Donald Trump and my opponent, Cory Gardner, who has voted at least 13 times to repeal, defund, or block the Affordable Care Act.
That represents a very real and critical contrast in this race.
While Trump and Gardner fight to take away people’s health care, I believe health care is a right and will fight in the Senate to make that a reality. I will work to expand access to quality and affordable health care and will never vote to take away protections for pre-existing conditions.
In Colorado, I brought people together to build one of the most innovative health care exchanges in the country. As a result nearly 95% of people in our state have health care coverage.
And I’m ready to do it again when we defeat Cory Gardner and win this election next November. But I cannot do it alone.
If you can afford it, please make a contribution of $10 or more to our campaign today, and I promise you that I’ll always fight in the U.S. Senate to make health care a right:

Trump, Gardner, and the Washington Republican establishment have made clear they will do anything to dismantle the Affordable Care Act. We have to defeat them in 2020 if we want to have any chance of ending these attacks, which cause so much anxiety for working families across the country.
Thanks for stepping up and speaking out today.
