Throughout history, tyranny’s biggest enemies have been followers of Jesus Christ. 

Christians with hearts on fire for both Christ and liberty founded this great country and have helped defeat totalitarian governments like the British Empire, the Soviet Union, and still lead the fight for liberty all over the world today.

What does this obligation mean to you? 

It means the world is counting on Christians to fight for liberty, spread the Gospel, and defeat Big Government. 

You and I must teach fellow believers how Scripture and Jesus’s teachings promote the ideas of peace, voluntary action, and oppose the use of force and theft. 

Here are the TOP 5 reasons why Christians must oppose Big Government: 
 

• Big Government haunted Jesus’s life on Earth: When King Herod learned of the birth of a Savior, he lashed out in anger, murdered his family members, and ordered the deaths of newborns in Bethlehem. 
  
  It was also the Empire that sentenced him to death on the Cross. Fortunately, we know Christ died on that Cross to forgive our sins and give us Eternal Life. 
   
• Governments despise the Christian faith: Ever since the birth of the Christian church, our brothers and sisters in Christ have been persecuted for their beliefs. From the Disciples being hunted down and killed after Jesus’s Ascension… to modern dictators who ban the practice of Christianity.
  
  You and I must NEVER compromise on religious freedom and fight for it at all costs. 
   
• Governments wage wars against the wishes of God: Our Lord is a God of peace. We must not allow tyrants to conduct unconstitutional wars, waste trillions of dollars, and destroy human life. 
   
• Christian values create free and prosperous societies: The United States is one of the most successful countries in the world largely because it was founded on the Judeo-Christian values of individual freedom and cooperation. These values keep society functioning and thriving. 
   
• God teaches us NOT to steal: Taxation is a form of theft. Governments steal our money, devalue our currencies, and create waste. Or worse… They enrich themselves at the expense of their citizens. 
   

I founded the Libertarian Christian Institute (LCI), so Christians can once again begin leading the fight for liberty in the United States. 

You and I cannot surrender our country to socialists, Woke activists, and agents of Big Government. God has tasked us with fighting for liberty and justice while on Earth. This is a responsibility we have as mankind. 

LCI is spreading our message by publishing content, including articles, videos, and podcasts that reach HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of people each year. With your help, we can reach more people with our message of Christ’s gift of salvation and the Christian case for liberty.
