That means hundreds of people are running for office for the sole reason of supporting Trump’s efforts to overthrow the election. It’s terrifying, and they are winning GOP primaries.

As part of this analysis, FiveThirtyEight said they reached out to every Republican candidate running for Congress to ask whether they thought the 2020 election was stolen.
