IT CABLING
Category 2 offers flexibility for equipment purchasers
A second category for Contract 05620, established earlier this year, offers IT cabling purchasers access to fiber-optic and copper cable and related equipment for cabling and IT network physical infrastructure projects.
While Category 1 provides for all the parts and materials required for contract vendors to complete installations and servicing for customers, Category 2 allows customers to buy one-offs and equipment needed to perform repairs and installations themselves.
Category 2 customers can choose from a wide variety of products from the awarded contract vendors, Graybar and Presidio. For more information and the complete list of Category 2 products, visit the Contract Summary page or contact Nick Carrillo, 360-407-8055.
