Friend, there are only hours left before my must-hit Mid Month fundraising deadline, but I'm STILL $6,932 short. With experts saying that Florida is one of Democrats' best chances to pick up a seat in November – and me down by just ONE point – I have to ask:

Listen, friend: I have a real chance to win this race and expand our Democratic Senate majority in November – but only with your help. A recent poll shows me trailing Marco Rubio by just ONE point, and now the GOP is getting worried.

That's why Rubio and his dark money allies are running multimillion-dollar attack ad campaigns to defeat me – all while national Republicans are pouring millions into Florida to organize on the ground. 

If I fall short of my Mid Month goal this close to Election Day, the GOP will take it as a sign that I've lost momentum and will double down to turn Florida red – permanently. We can't afford to let that happen.
