As you know, there’s nothing Donald Trump and Republicans won’t do to dismantle the Affordable Care Act and rip health insurance away from tens of millions of people who desperately need it.

Yesterday, we were reminded of that when a conservative-packed federal appeals court struck down vital parts of the Affordable Care Act as part of a new Republican-funded lawsuit.

This outrageous lawsuit is supported by many of the same GOP Senators we’re all working so hard to defeat in 2020.

Here’s the truth: the only way to make health care a right in this country and end Republican attempts to repeal the Affordable Care Act is by electing a Democratic majority in the U.S. Senate.
